Predator Drone Catches A Virus That Won’t Go Away

About two weeks ago, around the same time thousands of websites were hacked, the Predator and Reaper drone fleets were infected with a “keylogger” virus from an unknown source. Currently conducting combat missions, the UAV’s (unmanned aerial vehicles) have yet to be grounded.

Though it was first detected by the military’s Host Based Security System approximately two weeks ago, the virus has proven resistant to removal attempts…dare I say Conficker Fornication!?!

What does this mean? It means that whoever infected these systems may have been able to compromise classified information. You can read more on the Predator virus at Wired.
