Cowgirl Birthday Cake

The Urban Cowboy recently celebrated his favorite cowgirl’s birthday, and what better way than with a cowgirl birthday cake? Since this is her first year in Texas, there was only one cake that would do for my cowgirl.

Happy Birthday to your cowgirl! That cake is beautiful and so clever. I’m not much for cake, I love the frosting. Cheap heart attack frosting made from crisco and powdered sugar.
