With the arrival of snow, came the birds. One particular snowbird stood out from the others though.

The snowbirds were either looking for food, or bedded down to weather the snow. As we walked through the snow, scanning the trees, it became apparent that larger birds of prey were now here.
The trees were now white from the snow.

Geese and ducks were busy searching for food.

They were just a little spooked.

Squirrels were running through the snow.

Along with ugly birds.

Did I manage to find a real snowbird?

One of many snowbirds waiting for the weather to subside.

–>Wow, that’s a lot of snow. We’ve had nothing so far here but rain, rain and more rain. I guess I’ll be bragging about how it’s warm so much earlier at the beach this Spring.
