It took me 3 MONTHS to completely quit smoking! I have now been smoke free for 6 weeks, 2 days and 3 hours, 23 minutes and 10 seconds...(yes, I know it down to the second...)...and it has been the HARDEST thing I have ever done! Natural child birth was easier than this...even after being in labor for 37 1/2 hours... It is a daily struggle...but...I'm doing it!
